Heather’s property centric career has spanned both public and private sectors.
Heather specialises in both the Public and Private sectors including healthcare, education, central and local Government and business process outsourcing. Heather has managed large, nationwide estate portfolios, the mobilisation, transition and transformation of hard and soft service contracts, construction and fit-out projects and property acquisition and disposals.

Al is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer. He specialises in defining the feasibility of complex acquisitions, disposals, and developments.
He has extensive knowledge of investment property, having managed portfolios in the UK and Germany, and has worked on major infrastructure improvement projects and development schemes.
Kathryn Maund

Kathryn has extensive experience of project management within education, public and private sectors. Projects have ranged from large commercial relocations within the financial world, major fit out programmes, refurbishment and new builds of schools, community buildings and social housing. Kathryn also worked on an award winning restoration of a Grade 2 Heritage listed bath house managing the fit out and interface between leisure provider and client.
Cathy Darcey

Cathy has spent a number of years managing Private and Public sector portfolios with specific FM and property experience in the healthcare and education sectors.
Cathy has also managed an award winning 25 acre business park for multiple tenants on behalf of a large commercial property developer. Developing FM strategies, HR and outsourcing issues, site relocations, refurbishment projects and landlord/tenant issues make up Cathy’s career experience.
In her spare time, Cathy is also an alpaca farmer.
